East Indian Kadmat or Cuchumber Salad (Gluten Free)
The East Indian Kadmat or Cuchumber is a traditional East Indian salad made from mangoes, onions and chillies.

- 2 Raw Mangoes
- 2 Onions
- 3 Green Chillies Or 1 tbsp East Indian Bottle Masala
- 2 Sprigs Coriander
- 1 tbsp Vinegar (Apple Cider) Optional
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
Chop the mangoes, onions, green chillies and coriander fine. (If you have access to East Indian bottle masala, you can use this instead.)
Toss them together with the salt and sugar and vinegar in a salad bowl.
Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. This is optional, but it enhances the taste.
Serve with dinner or lunch.
